- 2 glasses of flour
- 100 g of powdered sugar or granulated sugar
- Orange blossom water
- 2 glasses of water
- 2 pinches of salt or fine salt

Preparation

Heat your deep fryer to 180°C (356°F).
Boil your water with a pinch of salt.
Put the cup of flour in a mixing bowl.
Pour the boiling water over the flour and mix.
Place the dough in the churros maker.
Turn the handle and drop the churros into the deep fryer.
Fry them until golden, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Sprinkle them with sugar.
