- 100 g butter
- 60 g flour
- ½ packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar

- Break the 200g of chocolate into pieces, setting 6 pieces aside for later. Melt the remaining chocolate with the butter in the microwave.
- Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the sugar, then incorporate the flour. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the egg, sugar, and flour blend, and add the baking powder.
- Pour the batter into muffin molds, placing a square of chocolate in the center of each for a gooey core.
- Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
