- 100 g flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 75 g grated cheese
- 3 tbsp oil
- ½ sachet of baking powder

- 1Preheat the oven to thermostat 6 (180°C).
Beat the eggs into an omelette. Add
a little salt and pepper, then add the flour, yeast, yogurt and oil one after the other.
Mix well with a whisk. - 2Add the grated cheese and ham.
Mix well again. - 3Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for about 20 minutes until the muffins are well risen and golden brown.
