Chocolate oats – recipes from the vegetarian world

The trend of cooked oat flour has been everywhere, and for a good reason! Oven oat has the taste of an indulgent cup cake dessert, but is actually done with healthy ingredients that are nutritious and generous. I was recently obsessed with this trend and I made so many versions of cooked oats. My favorite must be these chocolate oats. I would seriously eat them on a chocolate cake every day! I am delighted to share the recipe with all of you and I hope you all like it as much as I do.

What you will need for your chocolate oats

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of oat
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla
  • pinched salt
  • 1 cup of milk without dairy products
  • ½ cup of chocolate chips

How to do them

  • For a mixer, mix the banana, oats, peanut butter, cocoa, protein powder, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla, salt and milk. Mix these ingredients.
  • Take two safe bowls in the oven. Pour the dough halfway from each bowl.
  • Then add 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate chips in the middle of each bowl.
  • Fill the rest of the bowls on top of the rest of the dough, completely covering the chocolate chips.
  • Garnish the bowls with more chocolate chips.
  • Cook the chocolate oat brownie for 20 minutes at 450 * f.
