- Canned Tuna: 200 g (7 oz), drained
- Flour: 150 g (1 cup)
- Baking Powder: 1 packet (about 10 g or 2 ½ teaspoons)
- Eggs: 3
- Milk: 100 ml (⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon)
- Olive Oil: 50 ml (3 tablespoons)
- Grated Cheese: 100 g (¾ cup, Emmental or Gruyère)
- Pitted Green Olives: 50 g (optional), sliced
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
