- Fresh Salmon Steaks 2 fresh salmon steaks
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Liquid Honey 1 tablespoon of liquid honey
For the Spice Mix:
- Coriander Seeds 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds
- Cracked Pepper 1 teaspoon of cracked pepper
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon of turmeric
- Cumin ½ teaspoon of cumin
- Dill Powder ½ teaspoon of dill powder
- Salt or Fine Salt

Instructions:
- Mix the olive oil and liquid honey. Coat the fresh salmon steaks with this mixture.
- In a bowl, combine the spices, pepper, and salt. Sprinkle this spice mixture on both sides of the salmon steaks, pressing down firmly to ensure it adheres.
- Place the salmon steaks on a sheet of aluminum foil lightly coated with oil and let them rest, covered, in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat your oven’s grill. Place the salmon steaks on the aluminum foil on the rack set fairly high. Grill for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, flip the steaks and cook them directly on the rack (remove the aluminum foil) for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
- Serve hot, accompanied by a dome of rice and a small sorrel sauce :
