This cooking of oat in peanut butter is soft, light, soft and filled with raspberry jelly for the perfect flavor of peanut butter and jelly!

What you will need to make this recipe
- oats
- banana: Make sure the banana is ripe.
- peanut butter: Use creamy natural peanut butter for this recipe. Natural peanut butter is the genre that only lists « peanuts » and perhaps also salt under the ingredients. It has no additional oils and sugar. This type of peanut butter is flowing and smooth. You can use traditional peanut butter, but the dough will be thicker and oats will have a little different texture.
- Maple syrup: You can also use another liquid sweetener such as agave or honey.
- chemical
- vanilla
- milk without dairy– All milk without dairy products will work for this recipe.
- pinched salt
- jelly– The raspberry or strawberry jelly is excellent in this recipe.
