These apple pancakes are one of my favorite autumn theme that I have done so far this season. They are made without milk or eggs, so they are vegan and they are full of delicious flavors and apple spices! The pancakes themselves are so delicious, but when you add the caramelized apple garnish, they are just divine! Here’s how to make these apple pancakes.
