Recently, I saw the trend of whipped coffee everywhere, on Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, essentially all the social media platforms that I use! So I had to try it for myself! Not only is it delicious, but it must be the most fun way to make coffee.
What you need
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons of hot water
- milk without dairy
- ice
There are only a few ingredients necessary for whipped coffee: instant coffee, sugar, water and milk.
To make excellent whipped coffee, you have to stir vigorously for a long time, and I didn’t want to do that. I rather used a hand mixer. This makes him so creamy and delicious in this way too.

I also used milk without dairy products. I love unwelling soy milk because I find that it is the most creamy plant milk.
Finally, I added melted dark chocolate and peanuts to make it more fun☺️
How to do it:
Once you have all your ingredients, it’s a fairly easy process.
Add two tablespoons of instant coffee, two tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of hot water (make sure it’s hot!).
Use your hand mixer to mix them – it will take at least 3 to 5 minutes of mixing. The longer you mix, the more soft it will become.
Once your coffee has reached the consistency you want, put it aside.
Add ice cream to your cup or in Mason pot, add your milk without dairy products and pour the whipped coffee on top.
Mix the coffee well with the milk.

And that’s all there is too! I melted chocolate on top and I also added peanuts. Do not hesitate to do it or even add cocoa for a little more chocolate taste 🙂
