There is no better breakfast to wake up on a Saturday or Sunday morning than pancakes with chocolate chips. These crepes with vegan chocolate chips have become my favorite breakfast recipe in recent months. I have done them for my friends, my family, my boyfriend and almost everyone in my life and so far, everyone has become a total fan. I can’t wait to share them with you too!

What you will need for these pancakes with vegan chocolate chips
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of sugar (I used coconut)
- 1 cup of milk without dairy products
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 cup of chocolate chips without dairy products
How to make your pancakes with chocolate chips
- First combine your dry ingredients and mix them well. Then add coconut oil and milk.
- Once combined, incorporate the chocolate chips.
- Let the mixture stand for a few minutes so that baking powder can activate.
- Grease a saucepan with coconut oil and light the medium heat.
- Take a ¼ cup scoop to make each pancake. Cook for a few minutes on each side, then turn over.
- Garnish with butter from plants and maple syrup.
