  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added fiber)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

Method

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Start by slicing the avocado and peeling the banana. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes.
  2. Blend: In a blender, combine the spinach, avocado, frozen banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and honey (if using).
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust the thickness by adding more almond milk if needed.
  4. Serve: Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately for a refreshing, nutrient-packed smoothie.
