This Roll with unique service cinnamon is soft, soft and loaded with sweetness. Gold with a decadent cream cheese frosting, it allows an excellent breakfast, a snack or any time.

With only a few basic pantry staples, you can get these cinnamon rolls for one in the oven in a few minutes. I used your usual cinnamon suspects, but instead of the yeast, I added baking soda, so it is not necessary to wait until the dough gets up. Just spread the dough, garnish with a combination of cinnamon, sugar and vegan butter, roll it and cook. Once it cools, you can reduce the decadent frosting of cream cheese and dig.
If you’ve already thought that it was a bit of a chore to make cinnamon rolls, this recipe will show you that it’s super simple. You can also move forward and customize the rollers if you want to add raisins, chocolate chips or nuts.

Why you will love this only cinnamon roll recipe
- No waste: Cinnamon rolls mean that you don’t have to worry that a large portion is wasted.
- Easy: In a few simple steps, you can put your cinnamon roll in the oven.
- Fast: No yeast cinnamon rolls means that there is no time of evidence required so that you can put them quickly in the oven. They also bake in less than 15 minutes!
Ingredients
- Versatile flour: I made this cinnamon roll with versatile flour, but if you want a gluten-free cinnamon roll, use a gluten-free flour 1-1.
- Chemical yeast: This cinnamon roll recipe uses dough powder to get up instead of yeast.
- Sugar: Use white pellet sugar to soften the dough or use coconut sugar. Note the coconut sugar can make the dough a little darker.
- Milk without dairy products: Use your milk without favorite and not sweet dairy products.
- Coconut oil: You will have to melt coconut oil. Place it in a glass and microwave measurement cup for a few seconds. If you prefer not to have light coconut flavor, search for unavored coconut oil.
- Vanilla: A hint of vanilla adds more natural sweetness to the dough.
- Filling: The garnish is a combination of brown sugar or coconut, cinnamon and vegan butter.
- Icing: For frosting, I used vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar and a pinch of vanilla and salt. If you do not know which brand of vegan cream cheese to buy, I like Cerf-Volant hill,, Fynd of natureAnd Daiya.
See the recipe card below for the quantities of exact ingredients, nutritional information and detailed instructions.
Variations
- Furniture: Decorate the cinnamon rollers with your favorite cake trim, whether coconut flakes or colored sequins.
- Chocolate chips: Sprinkle chocolate chips on the cinnamon sugar mixture. Any type of chocolate will work.
- Raisins: The raisins will add natural sweetness to the rolls.
- Nut: Pacans or chopped nuts will add a little crunch with a cinnamon roller.
- Make chocolate rolls: Replace part of cinnamon with cocoa or just use cocoa powder and sugar as a garnish.
How to make a single roller of service cinnamon
Preheat the oven, prepare your Ramekin and follow these steps to make a cinnamon roller.

Step 1:: Combine the ingredients. Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, milk, oil and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2: Roll the dough. Flour a cutting board and use a rolling pin to unroll the dough in long rectangular shape.

Step 3: Coat the dough. Spread a thin layer of vegan butter on the dough.

Step 4: Add the filling. Sprinkle on sugar and cinnamon.

Step 5: Cut the dough in half. Use a pizza cup or a knife to cut the dough rectangle in half.
