I love to make healthy desserts without cooking, and these truffles of cookie paste with chocolate chips are super easy to make and really delicious too! They are vegans and made with coconut flour. I hope you enjoy them!

What you need to make cookie dough truffles
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- ½ cup of coconut flour
- ¼ cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ½ cup of chocolate chips

How to make truffles
- In a large bowl, add peanut butter, coconut flour, maple, vanilla and salt. Combine these ingredients well.
- Fold the chocolate chips and mix them.
- Pick up a small amount of cookie dough in your hands and roll in a ball. I did mine about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the cookie dough bites on a plate or a bowl. Repeat this until you lack cookie dough.
- If you do the 1 inch diameter bites, you should get 12 bites.
- I suggest storing them in a closed container at room temperature, so that the chocolate can be softer when you snack on it.
