- 12 prawns
- 4 scallops
- Frozen mussel
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 60 g butter
- 50 g grated Gruyere cheese
- 20 cl of liquid cream
- 20 cl of chicken broth
- 20 g flour
- ½ clove garlic, chopped
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 2 tsp white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt or fine salt

- In a pan, sauté the walnuts, prawns, mussels, and sliced mushrooms in a bit of olive oil. Incorporate the garlic, parsley, and a splash of dry white wine. Once the ingredients turn golden, remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
- Mornay Sauce: Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour to create a roux. Gradually pour in the broth, then the cream, and once the sauce starts to thicken, stir in the grated cheese. Allow it to melt for about 2 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture from the pan to an ovenproof dish, then pour the sauce over it. Leave it in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes at 160°C, just enough time to achieve a golden brown on top, and serve hot.
