- 500 ml of fresh cream
- 2 Egg yolk
- Bacon 200 g of bacon or 200 g of salted bacon
- Veal stock 2 teaspoons of veal stock
- Grated Parmesan 2 teaspoons of grated Parmesan
- alt or fine salt
- Pepper

1-Blanch the bacon in cold water. Sauté the bacon in a small frying pan. Add the fresh cream.
2-Allow the thick cream to become liquid, then incorporate the Parmesan and veal stock, seasoning with salt and pepper.
