- 1.5 kg of potatoes
- 50 cl of dry white wine
- 2 white onions
- Tomato
- 1 yellow pepper
- 10 cl of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- Salt or fine salt

- 1-Peel the potatoes.
- 2-Wash the potatoes.
- 3-Cut them into very thin slices.
- 4-Peel the onions.
- 5-Slice the onions.
- 6-Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
- 7-Wash the peppers.
- 8-Remove the seeds from the peppers.
- 9-Cut them into thin slices.
- 10-Mix all vegetables in a large ovenproof dish.
- 11-Add the garlic cloves as is.

- 14-Bake for around 15 min at 180°C or gas mark 6.

- 17-Cover it with the aluminum foil.
- 18-Leave to cook for around 2.5 hours at 170°C.
- 19-Baste regularly with cooking juices.
