Ingredients (serves 8)
- 1 onion
- 200 g of pasta (penne or I used orecchiette)
- 200 g chicken breast
- A mild chorizo
- 150g peeled shrimp
- 100g frozen peas
- A handful of mixed peppers
- 1 can of 425ml crushed tomatoes
- 1 dose of saffron
- QS Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

- 1-Finely chop the onion.Cut the meat into cubes.Brown everything in a casserole dish in a little olive oil.Cut the chorizo into 1/2 slices and add it.Stir.Then add the peas and the handful of peppers.Stir again.Add salt and pepper.Stir and cook for 3 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
- 2-Add the pasta and the value of the can of tomatoes (425ml) of hot water.Leave to cook for about 20 minutes covered, stirring from time to time so that it does not stick to the casserole dish.There should be almost no liquid left.A few minutes before the end of cooking, add the shrimp.Enjoy immediately.
