If you caramelize something, it will probably be delicious. This could not be more true for peaches and pacans. Fisheries and pacans are already such a dynamic duo, and when you caramelize them. Well, that does not improve much. They make an impressive oats, so take advantage of this recipe for fishing oats and caramelized pecan 🙂
What you will need
For this recipe, you will need peaches, pacans, oats, maple syrup, almond milk, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
One thing I always complain is how I can never find good fishing in the United States. I grew up in Eastern Europe, where it seems that the fruits and vegetables you buy at the store or on the market always have a softer and more delicious taste than the fruits I find in the United States.

I certainly had someone who comes from Europe confirms it. This problem seems to be the worst with peaches. Whenever I buy peaches in Europe, they are super soft and juicy. Sometimes when I buy them in my house in Chicago, I feel like I buy an apple. They are hard and dry and just not great.
The point that I try to assert is that I really like fisheries, but I have never been lucky to find good fisheries in the United States. Therefore, to make this recipe and make sure your peaches are delicious, I recommend that you use the frozen.
Make your caramelized fishing and your pecan nut oats
First, start by cutting your peaches. I like to cut mine in small squares that are about 2 cm long, so more surface is caramelized. If you are not in the metric system, see the photo below for reference. However, you can completely cut them as you wish.

Fisheries and Pacans
In a saucepan over medium heat, add coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla and well mixed. Then add the peaches and the pacan to the pan.
Cook the peaches and pacan for about 3 minutes, then turn them over so that they can cook on the other side. While they cook, move them with a wooden cooking spoon, just so that they don’t burn or don’t stand in the pan.
Return them twice more for more flavor.
Oats
In a separate saucepan, mix your oats, almond milk and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Garnish oat with peaches and caramelized pacans.
Tip: For a more indulgent dessert, try these caramelized peaches and pacan as a garnish on the ice cream without dairy. I seriously wish to be able to insert an emoji drool here, because it is such a delicious treat !!!
I hope you try to love this recipe, it’s really one of my favorites!
