These Maca protein bars are the perfect homemade protein bar. Unlike certain conventional bars, they have no preservatives or unnecessary waste. They are full of nutritious ingredients and superfoods, but have a taste as you have a chocolate peanut dessert.
What you will need
To make these maca protein bars, you will need: oat, chia seeds, ground linen seeds, hemp seeds, agave, natural peanut butter, plant protein powder (I recommend using chocolate), maca powder, coconut powder, cocoa feathers, vanilla, a few teas Dark chocolate.
I know it looks like many ingredients. But everyone has their own impressive health advantage or adds to the flavor of the bars. However, if you miss one of the supervisors and you cannot find it in stores, you can simply leave it aside.

Make the protein bars of the maca
To do the bars, simply combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. You will get a fairly thick mixture. Add 2-3 tablespoons of milk without dairy products – just enough for the ingredients to mix, but you do not want to mix to become too liquid. Add as little as you can add so that the ingredients can combine well.
To finish the bars, you will need a shallow cooking dish which is not too large. A 8×8 or 9×9 square glass pyrex dish works very well. I will include a visual below.

Transfer the maca protein bars mixture to the cooking dish. You will have to press it with your fingers or a spatula to flatten and even take out the bars.
Final keys
Finally, melt dark chocolate. You can do it by dividing it into small pieces and microwave it for 30-second increments. Then add your melted dark chocolate in a Zipling bag and cut a small hole at the end of one of the corners. Drizzle with chocolate on the bars.

Refrigerate the bars for about an hour. Then take them out, cut them and enjoy it!
