Each year, when fall rolls, I can’t wait for the pumpkin season and all the fall flavors appear at Starbucks! But I never take advantage of their pumpkin bread because it is not vegan! So I decided it was time to make a Starbucks vegan pumpkin bread. I used theirs as a little inspiration for this recipe.
The results are a pumpkin bread full of pumpkin flavor with autumn spice notes and a butter stretch that makes it perfect for the fall season.

- Linen egg: Use a combination of linen and water to create linen eggs to replace the ordinary egg. He will act similarly to an ordinary egg in this pumpkin fast bread recipe.
- Apple cider vinegar: This soft vinegar activates baking soda used to give a little pumpkin bread uprising.

- Spices: Rather exchange individual spices for pumpkin pie spices.
How to make homemade pumpkin bread
Although there are several steps involved, this easy pumpkin bread recipe goes together fairly quickly! It is easy enough for any level baker. Here is an overview of the strengths.
- Combine All bread ingredients in a large bowl to mix.
- Mix All together to create a thick paste.
Pro advice: I prefer first to mix the wet ingredients, then add the dry! That way, it is easier to mix without mixing too much.


- Make the cream cheese garnish. Combine the ingredients for the garnish and whip them together.
- Do the Streusel. Cut the cold butter into cubes and place it in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and use your hands to mix everything together. You should form large tufts of butter and sugar – no need to combine perfectly.


- Add half Pumpkin paste to your saucepan and use a spatula to level the dough. Add the cream cheese garnish on top and even take out the layer.
- Pour The rest of the pumpkin paste and even on the upper layer.


- Add the Streusel mixture to the bread.
- Bake the bread. Then cut and enjoy it!


Recipe advice
- Remaining blind Well -wrapped pumpkin bread or in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to four days. I do not recommend freezing the bread.
- Line your parchment pan. Make sure that the edge of the paper extends to the sides of the pan on the long sides so that you can use the pieces to lift the pan from the pan.

Instructions
Start by mixing the ingredients of linen eggs and let them adjust for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients of the bread and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk the garnish ingredients.
Line a bread pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil.
Add half of the pumpkin paste to the pan. Use a spatula to level the dough. Pour the cream cheese garnish on top and even by the layer. Then pour the rest of the pumpkin paste and even by the upper layer.
