I love to create easy, delicious and nutritious snacks and desserts that are easily manufactured and can be taken anywhere to go. I am still on the go and traveling, so being able to wear a nutritious snack with me is super important. These Berry cashew protein stings are perfect for that!

Berry cashew protein mites

What you will need

  • 1 cup of grated coconut
  • ¼ cup of cashews
  • ¼ cup of vegetable protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • ¾ Cup of dried raspberries

How to do your Berry cashews from cashew protein

  • In a large bowl, add the coat of coconuts, cashew butter, vegetable protein powder and maple syrup.
  • Add the lyophilized raspberries. They will break into pieces while you mix them, what you want.
  • Form the ball in balls and refrigerate for about an hour.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated coconut

  • ¼ cup vegetable protein
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¾ cup Freezing

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the coat of coconuts, cashew butter, vegetable protein powder and maple syrup and combine them well.

  • Then add the lyophilized raspberries. They will break into pieces while you mix them, what you want.

  • Form the ball in balls and refrigerate for about an hour.
