I love to create easy, delicious and nutritious snacks and desserts that are easily manufactured and can be taken anywhere to go. I am still on the go and traveling, so being able to wear a nutritious snack with me is super important. These Berry cashew protein stings are perfect for that!

What you will need
- 1 cup of grated coconut
- ¼ cup of cashews
- ¼ cup of vegetable protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- ¾ Cup of dried raspberries

How to do your Berry cashews from cashew protein
- In a large bowl, add the coat of coconuts, cashew butter, vegetable protein powder and maple syrup.
- Add the lyophilized raspberries. They will break into pieces while you mix them, what you want.
- Form the ball in balls and refrigerate for about an hour.
