These oven in apple oven with a caramelized apple garnish are a delicious breakfast in the fall or a dessert recipe! They are vegans, gluten -free and nutritious!

What you will need to do oven in the apple oven
Oven oat ingredients
- ½ cup of oat
- ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- ¼ cup of apple compote
- ¼ teaspoon of vanilla
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- ⅛ Coffee spoon of hazelnut
- pinched salt
- ½ cup of milk without dairy products
- ½ cup of grated apple
- 2.5 tablespoons of chopped pacans
Garnish ingredients
- ½ apple
- 1 tablespoon of chopped pacans
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- vanilla pinch
- pinch of cinnamon

How to make oats
- To create oats, add oats, baking powder, maple syrup, apple compote, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and milk to a mixer. Mix all the ingredients.
- Grate your apple and measure ½ cup. Fold it in the mixed oats. Also add the chopped pacans. Do not mix the apple and the pacans!
- Transfer the dough to a ramkin safely and oat for about 30 minutes to 400F / 200C. You can cook for more if you want the interior to have more than one cake texture, or less if you prefer that your cooked oats are sticky.
- While cooked oats, cut ½ apple into small cubes. Add it to a saucepan over medium heat with the chopped pacans, oil, maple, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Cook the apple and the pacans for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring everywhere so that it does not stick to the pan.
- Once the oats are ready, garnish them with the caramelized apple garnish and dig!
