TIRAMISU OATMEAL – Recipes of the vegetarian world

Le, avril 29, 2025

Jump

Hi everyone! It is the week four of the cooked oats and I am back with the last (for the moment) variation of the cooked oats that I have created! I have always liked the subtle flavors of chocolate and coffee that Tiramissu offers and it has long been one of my favorite desserts. In this recipe, I used these flavors to create a healthy tiramisu crafth.

spoon in a bowl of tiramisu oatmeal

What you will need for your Floque à l’oirine Tiramisu

Tiramisu ingredients

  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup of oat
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cashews
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon of instant coffee
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla
  • pinched salt
  • ½ cup of milk without dairy products

Coconut ingredients « Mascarpone »

  • ¼ cup of coconut cream
  • ½ tablespoon
  • ½ teaspoon of lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla
oat tiramisu bowl

How to do it

  • With a mixer, combine banana, oats, baking powder, cashew butter, maple syrup, cocoa, coffee, vanilla, salt and milk.
  • Mix everything until you have a liquid consistency.
  • Add the tiramisu paste in a bowl safely of the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350F / 175C.
  • While the cooked oats, create the « Mascarpone » garnish of the coconut.
  • In a bowl, whisk the coconut cream, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla together. Refrigerate.
  • When the oats are ready, give them a lot of time to refresh you before adding the garnish, or the coconut filling will base.
  • Once the oats have cooled, garnished oats, the coconut mascarpone and add more cocoa powder to the top.
