I always thought that the pudding at the Chia was simply correct, until I find a way to return my pudding to the Chia thicker, more creamy and tasty than pudding with ordinary chia. The secret uses coconut milk from a box, instead of milk without dairy products. This makes the pudding at the Chia so thick, soft and full of delicious coconut flavor! I hope you enjoy this delicious and creamy pudding of Chia.

What you will need
The ingredients of this Chia pudding could not be easier! Everything you need is:
- 1 can but cocotte
- ½ cup of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla
How to do THE Chia pudding
- In a bowl, add coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla.
- Stir all the ingredients well.
- Cover the bowl with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Your pudding at Chia will be thick, creamy and ready to enjoy in the morning.
- I like to garnish mine with berries.
How long to dip chia seeds
One of the most difficult things to do when you do something delicious is to wait for it to be ready to eat. This pudding at Chia is a really easy dessert without cooking, but it requires some time for chia seeds to absorb the humidity of coconut milk and thicken.
I like to make my pudding at the Chia at night, so it can be ready in the morning, but I quite understand that I do not want to wait so long. Fortunately, I noticed that at 2-3 hours, the chia seeds have already thickened considerably and almost ready to take advantage of it.
How to make it a pudding keto chia
I am in no way an expert in the keto diet, but I receive many readers on my Instagram to ask me if certain recipes are keto. Since all my recipes are vegan, they are generally rich in carbohydrates, but this pudding with coconut chia is actually low in carbohydrates and is both vegan and can easily be made of keto!
The maple syrup that I add is the only ingredient high in carbohydrates. Alternatively to maple syrup, you can use a low -carbohydrate sweetener to replace sugar, but always have a delicious and sweet dessert recipe that also has a cake. I know that there are many different types of low -calories carbohydrates and sweeteners. My favorite is the stevia or the sweetener of monk fruit. I am not sponsored by any of these brands, but I will create a link to a stevia and a Fruit of the sweet monkr that I personally tried and appreciated.
