Ingredients (for 8 servings)
- Ladyfingers: 20 ladyfingers
- Mascarpone: 350 g of mascarpone
- Sugar: 120 g of sugar
- Eggs: 3 eggs
- Nutella: 3 tablespoons of Nutella
- Espresso coffee: 3 tablespoons of espresso coffee
- Cocoa powder: unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)

Preparation
- Prep time: 25 minutes
- Chilling time: 6 hours
1- Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
2-Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns pale.Add the mascarpone to the mixture.
3-Add the mascarpone to the mixture.
4-Mix until you achieve a smooth consistency.
5-Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
6-Gently fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.
7-Mix the Nutella with the espresso to create a smooth, not too thick cream.
8-Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the coffee and place it at the bottom of each glass. Repeat for all glasses.
9-Add a layer of the mascarpone cream on top
10-Follow with a spoonful of the Nutella and cocoa mixture.
11-Add another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers.
12-Finish with a layer of the mascarpone cream and refrigerate for 6 hours (overnight is even better).
13-Just before serving, dust each glass with a little cocoa powder.
