Sugar: 100 g (about 1/2 cup)
Jam or jelly

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture becomes pale.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.

Turn the cake onto a kitchen towel.
