- For the Base
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar using a spatula. Add the sifted flour, baking powder, and mix by hand until you can form a dough ball. Spread this dough into a square silicone mold, pressing down with the back of a spoon and pricking with a fork. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes; the biscuit should remain light in color, not browned. - For the Caramel
In a saucepan, gently mix the butter, honey, and sugar over low heat. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, stirring gently. Allow the mixture to melt and, once homogeneous, continue to cook while stirring until the caramel thickens. Pour over the shortbread base and let it cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours. - For the Finishing Touch
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Let it cool slightly before pouring it over the caramel layer. Allow the mold to cool, then refrigerate for several hours. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
