Alen Mesic

Alen brings a vast experience with both sourcing our coffee, whilst at the same time being renowned for crafting beautiful coffee. He has travelled extensively and has been involved in coffee exhibitions both here in the UK & Italy over the past 10 years. Alen is also a qualified coffee machine technician, so for those of you who want to get technical about your coffee, Alen is definitely the right guy to have a chat with.


Aaron Durkin

Aaron originally gained his experience and knowledge of front of house service at the world famous London Savoy Training School. He has worked in the restaurants at both Claridges & The Berkeley Hotel along with Simpson's in the Strand as a bartender. 

Later on he gained a Diploma in Hotel & Catering Institutional Operations. More recently Aaron has developed a keen interest in London craft micro-breweries, who he says are producing the most interesting variety of beers coupled with ever increasing sophisticated techniques. Aaron also keeps one eye on emerging new world wines that will compliment the menus at Verdict.

Ricardo Giugovaz

Ricardo's special interests are baking and sourcing both local and world wide products for our both our restaurant and retail section.
